Overview
Rebuilt the delivery pipeline around GitHub Actions and Argo Rollouts to replace risky big-bang deploys. Every merge runs through build, SBOM generation, image signing with Cosign, and a canary that Argo analyses against Prometheus SLO metrics before promoting. Bad releases are detected and rolled back automatically within minutes, with no human paging required. Also cut pipeline runtime in half by parallelising jobs and adding a remote build cache.
