- Built the internal developer platform on EKS with Backstage and Crossplane, taking teams from empty repo to production in 25 minutes.
- Rolled out GitOps with Argo CD and OPA guardrails across 40+ engineers, cutting infra tickets by 90%.
- Set the on-call and incident-review culture: blameless postmortems, SLOs, and error budgets on every tier-1 service.
Site Reliability Engineer

Meridian Systems
- Consolidated five monitoring tools into one OpenTelemetry stack, dropping MTTR by 55%.
- Led the migration from hand-rolled scripts to Terraform, making the whole cloud estate reproducible and drift-checked.
- Ran quarterly failover game days that validated a 4-minute multi-region recovery.
DevOps Engineer

- Replaced weekly big-bang releases with a canary pipeline shipping 30+ times a day.
