Overview
Designed and built an internal developer platform on top of EKS using Backstage as the developer portal and Crossplane to provision cloud resources declaratively. Teams describe an app in a single manifest and get a namespace, a pipeline, a database, DNS, TLS, and dashboards provisioned for them. Implemented the golden-path templates, the GitOps reconciliation with Argo CD, and the guardrails (OPA/Gatekeeper policies) that keep the fleet compliant without slowing anyone down.

Cut the time from empty repo to production URL from 3 days to 25 minutes and removed 90% of infra tickets.
